what i speak about

Over the past two decades, I’ve appeared on stages and shows as an advocate for girls’ rights. I’ve spoken both on behalf of She’s the First and as an author, guiding audiences to create impact where it matters to them.

When I could no longer meet individually with everyone seeking my advice, I wrote a book — Impact: A Step-by-Step Plan to Create the World You Want to Live In — to make my approach widely accessible.

Since then, I've brought talks and workshops to corporate teams, students, and young entrepreneurs who want to create change.

  • I am a seasoned panelist and podcast guest who talks about the issues facing girls globally — and what solutions ensure girls are educated, respected, and heard. I leave my audience with clear calls to action and inspiring impact stories. 

  • I keynote speeches for conferences and graduations, sharing what I’ve learned from entrepreneurship and nearly two decades of global leadership (a path no one predicted when I was a girl, voted Most Shy in school!).

  • I run workshops to help audiences develop their own impact plans and/or donation strategies. I help people move from feeling scattered and insignificant to focused, fulfilled, and effective in using their resources for social good.
